# linkz.ge

> linkz.ge is a free multilingual (Georgian, Russian, English) URL shortener and link-management platform. Users shorten and manage links, track detailed click analytics, generate custom QR codes, build a Link-in-Bio page, add retargeting pixels, and can earn revenue from the ads shown on their shortened links.

## Core features

- **URL shortening**: shorten long links with optional custom aliases, passwords, expiry dates and mobile-specific redirects.
- **Analytics**: per-link click analytics — totals, unique visitors, country, device, browser, OS, referrer and language breakdowns.
- **QR codes**: generate and download customizable QR codes for any short link.
- **Link-in-Bio**: a Linktree-style public profile page at linkz.ge/@username with custom themes, colors and social icons.
- **Monetization**: creators earn a revenue share (50–70% by tier) from ads shown on an interstitial before redirect; payouts via wallet with a 30-day hold.
- **Smart routing (paid plans)**: A/B rotation across 2–5 destinations by weight, and geo/device targeting that sends visitors from specific countries or device types to different URLs.
- **Webhooks (paid plans)**: HMAC-signed JSON events (`link.created`, `view.valid`) delivered to your own endpoint or Zapier, with automatic retries.

## API

Public REST API: `POST https://linkz.ge/api/v1/shorten` with an `Authorization: Bearer <api_key>` header and a JSON body `{"url": "https://example.com/page"}`. Returns JSON `{"ok": true, "data": {...}}` where `data.short_url` is the shortened URL, or `{"ok": false, "error": "..."}`. API keys are available to registered users on the profile page.

Optional body fields on every plan: `alias`, `title`, `monetize`. On paid plans (Pro/Business) also: `password`, `expires_at`, `url_mobile`, `og_title`, `og_description`, `og_image`, `ab_variants` (JSON array of 2–5 `{"url", "weight"}` objects whose weights sum to 100 — A/B rotation) and `link_targets` (JSON array of up to 10 rules like `{"country": "US", "device": "Mobile", "url": "https://..."}` — geo/device targeting, first match wins; `country` is a 2-letter ISO code, `device` is exactly `Mobile`, `Desktop` or `Tablet` (case-sensitive), at least one of the two is required, and the same country+device pair cannot repeat).

Quota: monthly per plan (Free 200, Pro 10,000, Business 100,000 requests). Every authenticated response includes `X-RateLimit-Limit` and `X-RateLimit-Remaining`; over the quota returns HTTP 429.
